LR Arabian Oud Fragrances terms and conditions include that you as the customer confirm that you are 16 years old or over, all your information and details you provide are correct. You agree that you will not use our website for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party. If we suspect fraudulent account activity or behaviour we reserve the right to restrict your account.

We aim to deal with all enquiries within 24 hours during the working week, we do operate an email system and our emails are monitored.
LR Arabian Oud Fragrances only sells genuine products, we do not sell any fakes or copies.

LR Arabian Oud Fragrances does not store any credit or debit card details, all card payments are made through Stripe which is a secure service.
The price of each product is stated on our website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error.
Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details, PayPal details, or full address details. LR Arabian Oud Fragrances reserves the right to request payment by an alternative method or cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
LR Arabian Oud Fragrances reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items or deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only at the discretion of our management.
Please notify LR Arabian Oud Fragrances if your order which we dispatched by Tracked Delivery has not arrived after 5 working days.

We try to deal with complaints immediately, however all complaints will be replied to within 7 working days, the customer will be informed of all progress.
