Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit/debit cards: Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Delta or by PayPal.

LR Arabian Oud Fragrances are not be liable for charges or payment processing fees, should they apply, associated to your chosen method of payment.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed by management. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT.

Returns Policy

If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return any unopened products to us. Ensure the item is still in its original condition, unopened and is returned to us securely. We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged sealed items within 14 working days of the customer physically receiving the product.

We do not offer refunds on our oud perfume oil products. Please note that we are only able to assist with refund or replacement if the product is damaged. Please send us evidence of this via a picture or video evidence to our email.

Returns, exchanges and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your items. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. We are not able to reimburse the cost of postage paid to send the goods back to us.
